Sometimes the road we travel seems dark, lonely, and all uphill....

Sadness seems to fill your soul

                                                                    


                                     But with the help of good friends

                                                             lots of hugs

and tons of exercise

 

We feel better.

Plus, we know....

  

can lift our spirits, and get us up and over that hill. 

  And we realize there's a superhero in all of us

So, from the top of the hill, 

we resolve to have a new beginning

We kick off the work boots...

   

                                     dress in what we know looks good

and poke our head up to rejoin the crowd

Add red beads, just cuz they're festive

and make everyone smile
